Hi MJ,
Devondale do one that you can get from Safeway/Woolworths.
Also it comes in a shape that looks like a snowman!!

Hi Margaret, I find the mozzarella on the top shelf in the cold isle with all the other cheeses at woolies. It is "perfect italiano" brand with a green and blue label. Its a round shape also. Hope this helps

Hi Margaret,

Coles has two different block sizes. I always get the larger one as i have cheese regulary.
Not sure if anyone has mentioned to you, but dont use the packaged grated cheese - its not allowed. but all supermarkets stock block mozerella - just ask.
and good luck - its a great program

Hi, Try the deli in the arcade formally know as Clive Berghofers shopping centre it may have what you are looking for however it is avalible on the top shelves not down the bottom. On mozzarella does anyone know about boccichini mozzarella cheese is it allowed as it is another form of the cheese?

The rule is that if it's not on your plan it's not allowed, Katrina, but ask your clinic as they can give a definite answer.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.

Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

Default Not written on plan not having it.

Thanks Annabelle Joy, I haven't had any and really don't need to have any as its not on the plan. I had the most amazing lunch today a portabella mushroom stuffed with a slice of tomato, ricotta and topped with mozzarella it was divine, to die for. So glad mozz is on the list. I did make the mistake of buying grated mozz however didn't eat any as I reread my programme and have made it my friend.

I've tried the mushroom with cheeses, but didn't like it, Katrina. My cheese allowance is smaller than most, and I think that I need more cheese for that recipe. I'll try it when I finish. I love the Cohen pizza from the recipes in our plan, and feta and cauli soup.

Keep checking your plan. It's amazing how much you can miss with one, or even several, readings.

Can anyone tell me is there a low fat mozerella cheese?
I have had been using moz for my breakfast for the last 2 days and feel that the amount is too much, especially being full fat.

thanks Andrea,
Just used to looking and see everything low fat, less fat, etc that I thought there might have been a lighter version of this as well.
