Hi Fairywings,
I'm a shiftworker, I work 2 dayshifts, then 2 nightshifts and have 4 days off. I have my dayshift meals like this, meal 1 at 8-9am at work, meal 2 at 1-2pm then meal 3 when I get home at 7-8pm. My night shift meals are like this, have meal 1 at work about 6am, come home sleep, meal 2 when i get up 3-4pm, them meal 3 8-9pm and try not to have any snacks after midnight. Hope this helps. |
