Not me, but I think so, Simfal. Have a look at this topic, and post 9 in particular. Detox usually takes 2-3 days, so you should be okay after tomorrow, with luck, even by tomorrow. However, if you have not already done so, give your consultant a call and check with her.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/ |

Hi Simfal,
i felt crook and cranky for the first 3 days with headaches and shacky spells. I drank quite a lot in the weeks leading up to the program so I had a lot to leave my system. I started on a Monday and by thursday I felt fine. I was ready to pack it in by Wednesday but it all came good. I hope you feel better soon. hang in there. Once this stage is over then it is smooth sailing and you will never have felt better. good Luck |

Maybe you actually do have a tummy bug? (I am a newb so I have no idea!)
Have you gone to the doctor for a check up? Only a few more days until the worst of the detoxing is over! |

Hi all! I am feeling heaps better today - thankyou for your suggestions & thoughts! I was really dreading going to work today because I was sure that I would get sick again and it was soooooo tough to get through the day yesterday - but, it didn't happen today - hopefully the worst of it is over! Yesterday afternoon I was also so close to packing it in, but I am going to soldier on!

It will get better from now on, Simfal, and soon you will be seeing the results on the scales.

Good on you Slimfal. I know exactly where you were. Im glad you didnt pack it in. Just remember the days you just had if you feel like deviating. you dont want to go through them again and you wont if you stick to the plan.
This time next week you will be able to see the results and it will be all worth while. |
