Exclamation Bored with food, any suggestions?

Hi Everyone

Its my first time on the forum...
Its my 3rd week on Dr Cohens diet!
Its really difficult but worth it!!! In 2 weeks I've lost 6.1kg and 56cm!
I definitely need all the support I can get, because I am already bored with what I have to eat....

Hello MelDingle, Welcome to the forum well done 6 kilos already thats fantastic. I'm sure you will get lots of support from your forum friends. You are going really well you have plenty of recipes to pick from there is also a thread on the forum where you can get some recipe ideas. I eat the same thing nearly every day and I'm not sick of the food as yet I've been on the programe for 13 weeks and loving it. I hope the scales are kind to you when you next step onto them.

Hi Meldingle, I'm in the middle of my 3rd week now and I have tried a few different things with the food which have been quite nice. I have got bored yet but I am very happy with the weight I've been losing and my clothes are getting more comfy already. I've lost 6kgs now which is great so it sound like we are both doing all right. Just keep to the program 100% and you'll be fine.
Good Luck Trude
