Hi carrieanne,

Did you take a previous comment of mine about broccoli as meaning it was a bad food?

At the time I was sharing information that there is always someone, somewhere that is negatively affected by all food, even the so called "good" foods. I am sorry if I did not explain myself very well and implied that broccoli was bad. It might be an excellent food for you. It isn't for me. Broccoli is high in oxalates, like spinach and they cause me extreme fatigue. If broccoli is your friend, enjoy!

Seems broccoli is not allowed on Plan - but sounds like it can be re-introduced in Refeed as an optional vege.... ??? I'm not sure of that, as I don't have a Plan/refeed, etc

Yes Koh you're right,
Broccoli is re-introduced in the refeed. I now have it most dinners and have no problems with it.
Cheers
Michelle
