Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to say Hi....

I signed up last week, did my bloodtest last Thursday so waiting to get my programme very soon.

I'm looking forward to losing the weight that has crept up over the years.

I'm 78kg at the moment, and aiming for an end weight of 57-59kg.

I'm looking forward to sharing my progress
