Error 403: Forbidden You don't have permissions to access this page. Please check file and directory permissions and .htaccess configuration if you are able to do this. Otherwise, request your webmaster to grant you access. I was able to post to other threads, and in my own Diary this morning, but tried again in the Mineral Water thread and was still not allowed What would be the technical reason for this? I'm not sure what actually causes it but often that happens if you access a page/post using a hyperlink and then try to post via that access method. If you leave that page and then access it using the forum general you normally don't have a problem. Clear as mud right?

It seems to happen to me quite a lot, last time earlier today. I've discovered that if I split the message in half and post the two halves separately it works okay. Sometimes it works if I cut half off, preview, then put it back again. It's not consistent.

Started 11/1/08. Lowest weight reached 63.8 kgs on 10/11/08 and 40 kgs down. Thank you Dr Cohen. Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

I found that by logging off - and resetting my modem and getting a new ip address - and then restarting and logging back on clears it - maybe once its in your cache it needs to be reset.

Please post in here if it continues to happen. Some changes have been made to the backend to try and resolve this.
We have seen cases where if people cut & paste from a separate application, i.e. typing the post in Outlook or Word and then pasting it in here, that's it's been known to cause 403s. But hopefully this change will sort out the problems.
