Good going !! Don't get concerned about Maintenance - you sound like you are "ready to go" to me.

Someone on Maintenance made a comment along the lines of "Don't get hung up on a weight - just strive to remain within a range that is right for you". I think it was Shell, but I'm not sure.... Whomever it was, it sounds like good darts to me. Check out some of the Maintenance diaries for a few more clues.

I guess it's a bit like blood pressure - it fluctuates up and down daily - as long as it remains within a certain band, it's OK. So, Reecy, perhaps set yourself a "weight range" (2 - 3 Kg) within which you feel right, then strive to remain within that band.

And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!

Congratulations, Reecy. I hope we will see you in maintenance from time to time.

That good advice of Koh's is what I'm struggling to get a handle on. I'm not sure what my range should be. I'm finding that while I'm not having any real problems, maintenance is a new learning experience without the security of having Dr Cohen telling us exactly what we should be eating, and how much.

Started 11/1/08. Lowest weight reached 63.8 kgs on 10/11/08 and 40 kgs down. Thank you Dr Cohen.
Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.

Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).
