Thanks Charilee...was thinking of you yesterday as I was at park on Kogarah Bay for a family pinic waiting for the 5hours to pass as I was late having breakfast and not wanting to deviate... everyone eating cake...need I say more

I am plotting along surfing the web more than before now as I try to plan my refeed...still holding off starting for as long as possible even though I am in the weight range now. Wanting to get to the bottom range before starting. Figured I have waited this long another couple of weeks can't be all that hard.

Anyway I think it will take me while to get my head around the whole refeed thing anyway as it is complex. I received it last Thursday had a quick flick and put it down. Picked it up again last night and though must start getting it sorted and it is a lot to take in.

Still trying to work out what to eat and when and trying to get it into a routine so that when I am finished I can keep things as sort of normal.

Anyway some of the signs are getting a little more noticable so I will see just how long I can wait.....my losses are starting to change up down up down. I am officially clock watching again waiting until I am able to eat again. Started waking up earlier....used to be 7am then 6am and now I am around 5am most mornings sometimes a little earlier.

Hubby and kids are loving this though as now I can bake in the morning before breakfast as well.....Blueberry muffins on Sunday....Chocolate cake this morning... I will have to change the baking for somethings else I think.

So anyway I am off to try and find some more ideas on what to eat for the 17days of refeed when I start..... Have a great week everyone.

I can't believe that you're there already! That's so awesome! How long is your refeed?

Hee hee, yeah you might want to change the baking for something else, otherwise your hubby and kids will need Cohens eventually!

Ha Ha Mette, You are so funny Yes I know I have to change my baking ways... Actually yesterday I bought myself a new jucier and the WW Cook books that are all on sale at the minute. I do love my cook books just as much.

I have been slowly changing everyone in the family around to the food that I have been eating whilst on the program. The kids always ate healthy food but I would struggle with my daughter and fruit and some other things.....this morning she asked for Banana porridge for breakfast so things are definately changing in this house and meal times are now as stressfull.

Almost finished mapping out my refeed last night still have the dinners to do. 17days long and I am very surprised by the amount of food towards the last half of the refeed. Pre Cohens I don't think that I would have even come close to eating the amount of food that they have planned.

I have started taking the Balckmores Sugar Balance tablets but not liking them too much. I am finding that I have a bloated feeling throughout the day and they effect other areas in life.

TOM is due soon and I am thinking and hoping that I will be able to stay on the program until after it has passed as I tend to hold fluid and my weight changes up a kilo down half up 700g down 100g....all of the place really.

I want to start refeed if at all possible after it has passed so that I can be sure it does not effect the changes when testing the different foods.

Well I have to get the cherubs ready for school so have a great day one and all.

Methinks the sugar balance tablets are not for you! No fun when it affects other things in life!

Good to see that the kids are coming around to the healthier lifestyle too! It'll make things a LOT easier for them down the line.

I hope you can hold out with refeed till after TOM. But no passing out from hunger!

Take care, pretty lady!

Well it has been a few days and all is going well....just waiting until I get to the lower of my range, maybe a little lower and then going to start the refeed.

Have re read it a couple of times now and feel comfortable with it just waiting for the right time to start. Some of the refeed signs that I was having before have gone for a few days which has been great.

Just ticking along nicely.

Well still ticking along nicely....have had a really great couple of days. I have not been baking which has been great for hubby and his work mates - I think that they need a break So I have been hitting the clothes shops and after three days straight I think that hubby is wanting me to start baking again

Still not sure when to start on the refeed TOM has come early which is great as I was definately not going to start until this had passed so that I could clearly watch the changes in weight with the new foods.

I was thinking this morning that I might have to start tomorrow as I have had some horrible cramps (not TOM related I am sure) they were really bad and they only lasted for about 1 hour and straight after eating. Something to think about anyway I will see how I go tomorrow.

I am only just under one kilo off my bottom goal weight but again with TOM this could increase some so I will just have to keep counting the days until I can have a plain biscuit and a glass of wine.

I don't like the sound of the cramps... Although that might have been coincidence. You'll know when the time is right for the refeed, and if you can wait till after TOM, then so much the better!
I'm glad that you're travelling along so well! I'm sure your hubby would rather have you baking than shopping though!

Well I am officially over to the refeed - Day 1 today.

I have managed to get within 300g of my bottom goal but the hunger has kicked in. I have been clock watching and even having my coffee without the sweetner so that I can have extra chewing gum to try and get through the afternoon.

I only decided this morning when I woke up as the last couple of days have been a little hard. I do think that it has been harder not to deviate this past 2 weeks than at any other point in the program.

So... no more for me. I am very happy with my weight and my size at present and feel that I have at least now the tools to maintain this size in the future.

So I am counting the days now until the biscuit and the most important part of all.......a glass of wine with that cracker and cheese.

Must keep reminding myself though "Moderation in Maintenance".

Have a great week.
