Why don't you substitute red wine with watered down red wine vinegar. In Singapore you couldn't tell the difference anyway (for bottles of 25 dollars or less, which is all I can afford)
Similarly, you can use white wine vinegar to replace white wine. Can you share those recipes? Would be very grateful. Thanks, Marc |

Same as Kim.. Sprite Zero is awesome in almost everything.. you could try diet coke too I spose?? But I'm a fan of the sprite myself.

if the recipe/s are using white wine, then I usually replace with Maggie Beer's verjuice...it's available in most deli's and at some Woolworths.
Red wine vinegar and a little sweetner could be used instead of the red wine perhaps. happy cooking! Eve |
