Oh count me in for sure! I have 7.5 kg to top of goal range - 8.5 to where I have my ticker set to. This will probably end up being a refeed club too!!

Hey I have moved this into Challenges and Sprints as off topic is more about non-cohens stuff and it seemed more appropriate to have it here seeing as it is a sprint to the end.

Thanks for moving this thread. I was pleased to have been able to actualy start one and have it stay somewhere. I have yet to work out how to sdtart one in the most appropriate place. Have a GREAT day at work - kick some butt and make lots of charged out $$$$$ for your boss. LB x

I would like to join if I qualify.
Currently 74.4 Top of range 63 Thats 11.4 to lose but I was talking to the clinic yesterday and she said I will get refeed at 65kgs. Let me know LB. Cheers Bronnie |

Can I join the Club too? I have 7.5kgs to go...... JLou - is that Cohen's Chicken and Veg soup? I think I must also make an effort to make some soups and warmer meals as I really struggle to eat COLD vegies in salad form on the cooler days and nights. It's like the water intake too - so much harder in winter. Cheers Jade |

Don't worry about being a slow LOSER - the idea is that we can each other on and support through re-feed and beyond. ANY MORE "APPLICANTS"??? Hopefully our club members realise that we will be at differing stages of "nearly there" as some of our weights do differ, but we are all still here and able to find and support each other............and (she says with a dirty big grin on her face) this mornings loss on the magic scales has brought me UNDER 10kgs to go......... Woo hoo LB, way to go, things are really getting mega exciting aren't they. We are all so incredibly awesome losers, both those in the 10kg Club and also those who are heading in this direction, whether they have 80kgs or 15kg to lose, we are all awesome.

Deelight has been promoting this group in the personal diaries and has sent me your way (isn't she great). I have 7kg left to lose to goal. My litle secret is I've been at the "5kg to go" point three times since I've been on cohens and I keep sabotaging myself. I think my motivation dips and that "one treat won't hurt" mentality kicks in. I really should have learnt by now that one treat does hurt. Hexi has arrived....and while I may only have 3kg left to go its the same 3kg thats been hanging around forever as I too have lost my way... This may be just what I need - last time we had a show pony race to refeed and it really helped me focus and get there. So here I am - ready to race, recommit and stay on track. Hope I can serve you all well!
