My Cohen's journey begins this Friday.
I've gained weight quickly over the past 2 years. I've jumped from 63kg's to 76kg's  My youngest daughter has Neurodevelopmental disorders. Unfortunately I've neglected myself and have been focused on everyone else instead. I stopped going for my regular walks (or any other mode of exercise!). But I am on a mission to get back to where I was. A slimmer & happier me! I look forward to the journey, and to using this forum to both offer & receive support. Cheers
