Week 8 results....
5th July - 70.7kg 12th July - 69.6 kg 19th July 68.8 kg 26th July 68.4 kg 2nd Aug 67.6kg 9th Aug 66.6kg Wow - a whole 1 kg. Above average for me so I'm happy 16th Aug 66kg Bad weekend - waterwise. whoops 30th Aug 64.8 (not sure what happened last week - sorry) Total 5.9 kg
