I think im going nuts.. I mean ive lost 6kgs in 3weeks but it doesnt feel/seem like enough.. Am I being rediculous?.. maybe im just hormonal.. I am on a mission to rid another 10kgs in 8 weeks... this is do'able right?

25/10 74.6 (Lost 1.5) 1/11 75.5 (Gained 0.9) -sick 8/11 75.0 (Lost 0.5) 15/11 73.9 (Lost 1.1) Back on the wagon after sick...

27/10/10 - 110.3kgs (loss of 4.5kgs) 03/11/10 - 107.6kgs (loss of 2.7kgs) 10/11/10 - 105.8kgs (loss of 1.8kgs) 17/11/10 - 104.2kgs (loss of 1.6kgs) TOTAL SO FAR = 10.6kgs Feeling pretty good this week. Think I have finally hit the "zone"!

HOLY SH*T Changing for life!!!! THAT IS AMAZING!!!
I am so enveous!!! that could be me aswell... however I fell off the wagon.. back on again but not worth the fall.... I have until Jan 10 to drop 10kilos (what i want to lose anyway).. I CAN DO THIS!  Hope the rest of you are going well, funny that im the starter of this thread, yet i broke it.. oops.. anyhoo you can only come back kickin ay! Xx
