Stuffed Mushroom & Zucchini

Recipe Description

Spiced Beef stuffed ontop of a mushroom on a slice of zucchini. 

Ingredients:

Beef Mince
Onion
Mushroom
Zucchini
Garlic
Salt and pepper
Coriander Leaves
Parsley
Rosemary 

Preparation Steps:

Preheat oven to 150 degrees.
Pull the stems of the mushroom out and dice.
Use as many slices of zucchini as you have mushroom.
Dice Onion.

Instructions:

Combine diced mushroom stems, Onion, garlic, salt, pepper, coriander, parsley, rosemary and beef mince.
Place a slice of zucchini in the mushroom, and divide beef mince between mushrooms.
Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes on 150 degrees to make sure the inside gets cooked.
Serve hot.
