Default Please explain....refeed

Sorry, no doubt this has been asked before, but I have tried searching and can't find what I am after....

What is refeed?? and how long does it go for??

I don't try and overthink the program as it can tend to overwhelm me, but I honestly have no idea about what the refeed section is all about.

What if I don't reach my goal weight and my plan expires (as my contract goes for 6 months then I need to pay again - assume same for everyone)
Do I need to be up to the "maintenance" stage within my 6 months as well?
I am a bit confused!

Do you eat what you want, do your weights change, do you introduce milk, alchol, can you go out for lunches and dinners?

Once again, sorry if you have already explained, but had a bit of negativity from others today and its gotten me a bit down and doubtful on myself.

Thanks for the help!

refeed is a wonderful phase f the diet when yu slowly increase weights of original plan foods, and slowly introduce new veggies, protein and carbs int your diet! it can last up to 30 days and mostly that i have seen last from14-21, it is the mst important part f the plan. If you stick to the plan you will have no problem reaching your goal n your first go, so don't stress, when you get with in 3k of yur goal you get anther blod test and then they send you your new amunts. stay away from the negative people! they are a drag!

Thankyou!
It's hard finding out all the little details as don't have a clinic where I am and find the email responses I get a bit vague and general.

Hi Hayzy,

Spend some time reading the "Refeed Diaries" and I'm sure this will give you a good "feel" for what's happening in Refeed.

And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!
