Hi Purplehippo,
I have been doing some browsing and found your thread for Townsville members. I dont actually live in Townsville but am doing Cohen's through that branch. I have been on the programme for almost 4 months now and have lost 20 kilos. How are you going with yours? I must admit I have been struggling the last couple of weeks, I am so close to the goal but have lost the discipline to keep going. I think I need a good swift kick in my not so big now backside. 20kgs in 4 months is awesome, I would love to be doing that well. Hang in there, you will be so pleased when you get to your goal.

Since my wedding on Sept 25, I have not been doing so well. I actually gained 200g in the past fortnight. I so want to get the weight off and I don't even mind the food, but for some reason I just can't seem to get it together.

I am also from Townsville. I think it is always easier to stick to the program once you are in the zone. The first few days of getting back on track are always the hardest. The thought of having to go through that is always a good motivation to stay on track. If you want to catch up for a coffee and a chat sometime let me know know, sometimes its good to chat to someone else on the program
