Re: day 2 and finding it
Baillie23 - Hang in there, honestly, its not the end of the world. Take soemthing for your headache, get a good night sleep, have steak and Veg for dinner and you will be fine tomorrow, just remember this is what you wanted to do... thats why you & the other hundreds of people on this forum are here, if you want it bad enough, you will do it, it takes at least 3-4 days to get through the detox... hang in there, believe me.

Re: day 2 and finding it
Hello Baillie,
PLEASE DONT GIVE UP...COHENS WORKS & I KNOW IT DOES!! I lost 30 kgs in 3 months back in 2008/09 and I unfortunately put it on when I was pregnant. I have now lost 18 and I have 12 to go!! The first 3 days are the worst and the headaches are terrible. Even 2nd time around but I promise u they will subside and then once ur in the zone..nothing can stop u! If u give up you wouldnt have only wasted ur money but you would have thrown away something that WORKS. Noone I know did cohens & didnt lose huge amounts of weight so please hang in there!! |

Re: day 2 and finding it
Hang in there! U will be okay I have said it on here before that I gave up smoking around 6 months ago and to be honest, when I started Cohens in December I had nearly the same withdrawl symptoms as I did giving up smoking! The emotions and headaches etc...but im now on week 13 and its second nature to me, i think I was in the Cohens "zone" around week 2 if I remember right, you will be okay, you may have slip ups every now and then, but you are only ruining for yourself, but everyone on these forums will 100% support you
