Default Loufran's diary

Not sure how to do this. I started Cohens as my birthday present to myself. I'm pretty daunted because I don't think i've been my goal weight since I was about 9 years old and have a loooooooooooooong way to go with a LOT of weight to lose. I've seen it work so well for others though, so hopefully it'll be the same for me.

I had my first hiccup already when I went to work yesterday and forgot my lunch. I had it when I got home and still had a very late dinner but was owrried that having such a gap between breakfast and lunch would be the same as skipping a meal. I managed to have 2 crisp bread during the day though and it was day 3, the hunger had started to wear off. Then last night I had a dream that I accidentally ate a piece of pepperoni and was so disappointed that I had already messed up and negated the efforts I have made so far. Goos thing when I woke up it hadn't actually happened.

I've never eaten this many mushrooms before! (and that's saying something )

The dreams are normal and seems most of us have them, im still having some funny ones 10 weeks in

I have about 60kgs to lose so know excatly what your saying, but this program is AMAZING, all the best and i look forward to following your journey.
