I'm happy to go again although in all honesty I am powering along and doing really well! I sneaked a peak at the scales and I have already lost 2kg in less than a week.

The challenge is a good thing tho' and has certainly been in the back of my mind! So I'm happy to continue for the support.

Please don't feel you have let me down. Life does get in the way sometimes and cohens can't always predominate. Just remember that it does become very difficult to get back on the bus after deviating... I wish you all the strength you need to do this for yourselves

Great Dezzy you are on as from tomorrow - Wednesday-. Is that ok with you. I will go from Wed - Wed and then some more. Uh oh I've got a family birthday dinner on Thursday night, was thinking of taking the family out somewhere, maybe, I won't, oh heck think I had better cook at home for me to stay DF. Will see how I go. Got to get serious again. Agh.

Wendy I had a bad week and I would be happy to do a challenge Monday -Sunday with you and anyone else. Dates will be 27/8 - 2/9. Are you keen? Marg come on, see how you go. I think we are all finding it tough at the moment. I'm just wanting a small weekly focus at the moment -1 day at a time = 7 day loss. Ok so who's keen.

Count me in Toothfairy, I really need motivation and need the challenge to keep me focused at the moment, I agree with you there are a few of us finding it tough at the moment and if we can do this to support one and other it is a good thing, Marg join us on the refeed foods and see how you go.

Oh you lovely girls, Im here!! I will join you too, I am in such a bad place but at the same time, I am feeling better in myself, we have just had 4 lovley sunny warm days, which makes you feel better.
I will just do the refeed thing as well, it is just too hard for me to stick to my old plan any more.
Thank you for your encouragement everyone especially you TF and Wendy. I have been totally refeed today, will carry on Monday to Sunday suits me too.

Good on you Marg glad you are still around refeed is a good way to start and get focused.

Thanks for pushing this toothfairy I needed it and have been 100% yesterday (was sunday as well but that is not in this challenge) so hopefully will get back into the zone soon.

How did you go for this last week?

I survived most of it, I did diviate slightly one day but got back on track quickly. Good news is that I have lost the wieght I gained in the couple of weeks before hand when I fell off the rails completely and started to actually loose again.

Hi Wendy,
I'm please for you that you have lost your gained kilos, good on you.
I have gone really well in as far as not having any sugar loaded foods. Sugar had become a problem for me over the last few months, so eliminating sugar from my diet has become my main focus at present, which is easy to do when eating mainly refeed plan. I have joined the Summer Challenge now, so looking forward to concentrating on that.
