Can I have egg for dinner if I've had yogurt for breakfast?

Hey everyone! As topic subject says... If I have yogurt for breakfast, can I have egg for dinner?

You can have one of Meal 1, Meal 2 and Meal 3 per day.

I only had egg and yoghurt listed in Meal 1 so I couldn't have both on the same day.

I heard if you're vegetarian though, you can have an egg for meal 1 & 2, since you can only have cheese 3 times a week and tofu gets bland real fast

bakersam - only if your meal options gave you eggs in more than one meal. Some people do get egg in meal 2 (or 3, depends on what DrC says). If you only have egg in meal 1, even if you are veg, you can only have it ONCE in a day. In any case, the 'recommendations' are to only have one egg a day, even if it's mentioned twice, but, if you are a veg options start getting limited...
