Garlic - boon or bane?
Just a quick check. Does anyone know if (actual) garlic is allowed on the programme? The plan specifies onions in limited quantities but allows garlic powder (limited) but says nothing about garlic. Should I treat fresh garlic as onions (mention +/- 20g), as part of veggie portion? I finished my refeed and was doing well but have put on some of the old backage and am on the plan for the second time. thanks sasha |

Hi Sasha002, I'm in the same situation as you
Fresh garlic is allowed but must be weighed as part of your vege allowance. Hope this helps |

Re: Garlic - boon or bane?
Hey Rochy
Thanks for that.....much happier now. Keep asking myself how I let this happen (though I know exactly why). Not going to blame myself...just get back on and keep going. What's sustaining me is the fact that it'll drop soon and I'll actually feel so healthy while I'm on the plan. Here's to us! |
