Lol...the new program would be cheaper...and then you won't need the new wardrobe! Welcome back Shorti, and good luck

Hello guys... well I've just gotta say that I've gone and caught that ' knife and fork ' disease!!! OMG! I'm right there with you guys too... I have tried a couple of times now, only the K&F disease plus the 'wine at the end of the day' disease has taken a hold.
Got myself a food diary/journal today and the Cohens books are my reading material for the next cple of nights.
Day 1 tomorrow....again!
GG x

The nice thing about disease is that there is usually a cause and a cure! You are on the right track though with the food tracking diary as this will make you more aware of what you are putting into your mouth. Before I could get back on track properly I had another good read of The Beck Diet Book (not that I did any of it) but it did help motivate me and made me re-focus and exactly why I went on Cohen's in the first place.
You already know that when we fall off the bus that we may be injured but we aren't dead. We just hop back on the bus and get going to our destination. Looks like you are doing just that. Remember that there are many of us out here that have done exactly what you have just done. We have survived so don't be too hard on yourself. You haven't that far to go to reach your goal again so my advice is to stay focused, keep looking at the before and after photo's and keep journalising. Great therapy that.
