Start weight - 127.8kg week 1 (3/4) - 124.9kg (-2.9kg) week 2 (10/4) - 123.3kg (-1.6kg) week 3 (17/4) - 121.8kg (-1.5kg) week 4 (25/4) - 120.7kg (-1.1kg) Total loss 7.1kg Not the 8kgs I was aiming for but I can't be too disappointed. A loss is still a loss

Oh I forgot to check in for my final result!
My Goal is to lose 5 kilos Started: 102.7 1st week: 100.7 (2 kilos lost!) 2nd week: 99.2 (1.5 kilos gonzo) 3rd week: 98.2 (1 kilos gone) 4th week: 97.1 (1.1 kilos gone) total lost in 4 weeks: 5.6 kilos Woo Hoo I reached my goal!

Hi. I. Starting back on the program tomorrow morning so will join you on this four week Challenge. I have been on and off the eating plan for nearly a year. Bonus is that I havnt gained weight. But as of Saturday morning. I'm back on this with a goal of loosing 25 Kgs. So lets do it. .

Goal: Loose 5kg (I.e. be at 63.3kg) by 24 April Starting point: 68.3kg Week One: 66.7kg (1.6kg loss 3.4kg to go) Week Two: 65.3kg (1.4kg loss 2kg to go) Week Three: 66.1kg (800g gain 2.8kg to go) Week Four: 64.1kg (2kg loss 800g to go) Aaa man missed my goal by 800g. But here is proof that deviating does cost you an extra week on the program. This was fun and a lesson learned!! Thanks Time2Shine for organising this for us!! You ROCK!!
