I've never heard of green tea pills sorry.
I have found cohens really helps and isn't dangerous to your health.  Welcome to the forum.

I was listening to a radio show that was discussing green tea pills. The dr on there said you need to be careful with them as some are mixed with herbs that could be harmful in hard doses. Green tea is good for you but with out exercise and diet change it will not work by it self. According to the dr on the radio anyway.
