80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB
so there are a few ways to do that but the simplest is to open the photo in Paint. Then click on 'Resize' at the top of the home bar and input 80 and 80 in the horizontal vertical fields and click on the ' Pixels' radio button. Save. Try again

Jessy and Meg, thank you for your quick replies - but I'm afraid it still doesn't work
 ! I've tried to upload pictures as small as 7 KB but it still tells me 'failed upload'. Whattodo whattodo??

i remember someone having this problem. Make sure you click on the ' use custom avatar' button in there before hitting upload

Hah, I've just noticed it worked!! And I've changed the fancy picture (looks good when a little bigger, not so good when blurred like that).
I don't know what the problem was, since when I tried to upload them I still got the message 'upload failed' - and I was surprised this morning when I found I had a profile picture after all. Very pleased, anyway! Thanks for all the advice

I'm doing this! Start date 11th June 2013 Got close to goal then FINALLY fell pregnant after 3 IVF rounds! Lost 17kgs in 2013 Had baby girl July 2014 Back again March 2017 to lose 20kgs Really want to be lucky enough for IVF to work again so come at me Cohens!
