Default Deviation Blood Test & Refeeding

So I wrote in my diary that even if I am sticking to the plan 100% I am still getting a deviation blood test result.

This just got me thinking - has anyone had this experience and still got to and completed refeeding?

I'm losing well, I *think* I am sticking to my plan 100%, but I still get the deviation result. That really bums me out.

I have read of people getting deviation readings all throughout their program and they definitely did refeed etc.

Ahhh. So it's not like they can refuse to give you a refeed program when you've reached goal AND had a deviate blood test all along. At least, I hope not!

Yep, as long as you fulfill the other requirements... Like being within the weight range

Some consultants are more strict than others. I was able to refeed 3 kilos above my range but I know some places are strict!!

i deviated (on purpose while on holiday) for 5 weeks and my consultant just told me to get back on and keep going till refeed. My contract says if you deviate for 2 months or longer your blood results change and you will need a new plan.
Not sure why you get deviation results though. I got a few copies of my bloods and i dont know where it even says deviation
