Does dr Cohen really exist?

Hi everyone. I am a lurker on the blog mostly. But I read through many blogs, forums and articles and every so often these two questions appear: "does dr Cohen really excist" and/or "is he really a docter."

Just want to say that I met him when he still practised in South Africa (in his consulting rooms). At that time, he still did the presentations and talks himself, and I went to one of his talks months before I went to see him (and he still remembered me from the talk - such a nice man!)

He was always available for any questions or difficulties (and I did phone him a few times with questions). He always supported me and helped. So, yes he does excist. Yes he is a docter, and I believe he was decades before anyone else, understanding our metabolisms and what we need to do to lose weight. I am shocked to see how many diet programmes copy his these days.

Anyhow...just my two cents worth. In case anyone out there or anyone you know also wondered about that

When I wondered I just surfed the net and found him.

But I understand in today world of spin marketing many would be doubtful.

Or are they looking for reason to doubt the program?

Hi Peter, I think they were doubting the programme. Strange, but I do understand it. As you say - these day, people and profiles can be invented, I'm sure
