Hi Everyone!
my husband and I have been on the cohen diet for near 5 weeks now. I have to say I deviated few times, as my work has shared lunch and morning teas all the time, they just leave all the yummy food on the lunch room table. I got nowhere to go for my breaks, and trust me it is hard when there are heaps food in front you and nobody is in the kitchen. but I have lost 9.5kg so far. husband had lost 12kg I think. I just had my first 4 weeks blood test, and showing deviated. but husband's blood test results showing GREEN PLUS. well done hubby! |

Re: Hi Everyone!
Well done to both of you! It's so much easier when your partner is on board with the program. Good luck!

Re: Hi Everyone!
Yes sweetsoph, I am now at goal. It took me 20 weeks to lose 25kgs. Then I lost a further 1kg during reefed. I am 4 days into maintenance now.
I work on a cooking show, so I understand the temptations at work. However, the program is so much easier if you stay 100% deviation free.

Re: Hi Everyone!
hi ridemum, you are doing really well!congrats on all the losses.
I have another 31kg to go before I reach my goal weight. I want to get the refeeding programme as I heard a lots people who didnt do the refeeding and end up put all the weight back on. I do think my goal weight of 52kg is a little bit too light too me tho cannot remember when was the last time I was 52kg.lol OMG you must doing really well if you work on a cooking show! good on you for being 100% deviation free. |
