Here we go!!!! Day 1 today!!!
I'm joining in, i'm going to make this my 6 week challenge! We had a big bad weekend of eating (well for me lol) - and i'm feeling yucky heavy and bloated this morning. Lets kick this fat the kurb and bring back the light feelings we all know and love Summer Challenge Start Weight (28/1/14): 100kg Goal: Lose 8-10 kilos in 6 weeks (90-92kg) Everyone has done soooooo well !!!! So inspiring!!! I hope to see -2kg this week! |

Thank you!! Do it do it!! You'll feel soooo much better when you see those scales move down! Last night, i was soooo hungry, I haven't been hungry like that in ages, i think i didn't make enough salad - usually I fill my bowl, but i used a much lighter lettuce yesterday and should have weighed it but didn't...boo hoo... So drank half a litre of water at about 10pm and that really helped! Expected to wake up starving, but I didn't! i've hopped on the scales and i'm happy to see it go down - i tend to lose all the weight in the first 3 days of the week, so i'll try and not hop on any more after today Hope to hit my target of 1.8-2kg on Tuesday morning, would be amazing!!!! Hows everyone else going?? |

I'm here - TOM is imminent so only a tiddler loss of 550gm this week. Better than nothing I suppose but hopefully next week is better! Emembee - you are so close to reaching your goal this challenge! Wooo go you good thing! And a loss of 550g is great during TOM week! Some women put on 1-2kg in this time, so well done on a good loss!
I can't wait till the morning, so hoping to see over 2kg!!! Haven't lost that since the first month if i do crack that 2kg tomorrow. Hope everyone else is doing well |

Helps that i've had a break to really kickstart it now for that loss! Lets hope i can continue to lose over a kg each week and i'll get to goal! Def makes it all worth while. |
