Hello Everyone. I have been reading this forum as an outsider for some time and feel its a perfect place for me to be inspired and stick to Cohens. I have done the plan previously and going off an old copy from 2 years ago, after baby. Well I stacked on the 10kg again and this is the best way for me to lose it. I found it was easy, variety not so good but for someone who likes results quicky I loved it! I also cannot exercise due to bursitis in the hip, very painful when I get around too much.
I really wanted to know of any other members who only have 10kg to lose. How long did it take you? Did you find the loss was slower as you dont have much to lose? Any tips for someone who is used to eating everything! I am 167cm height, 72kg and a size 12-14. Weight carried around hips and bottom.
