Well it has been awhile, life after Cohen's has been good and bad... I have a beautiful daughter now Ruby born on the 5/6/14.. Life is going amazing with her. But I have put on weight I guess with the stresses of life I look towards food to fix things..
 I have put on 16kg and not feeling the best.. I really cant afford to pay the money again. I might just start my old program.annoying that I have got back nearly to what i was. i was doing so well not Happy at all
