Why does the human body need water?
This is because water is a vital component of the human body and the human body consists of between 55% to 75% cent water. Water is that essential component of the human body that forms the basis of perspiration, digestive juices, blood and urine. Plus it is also contained in bones, fat and lean muscle. People who are older will lose about 2 liters of water on a daily basis. Almost all mature adults lose anywhere between 2.5 to 3 liters of water daily. The bottom line is that water is required for almost all the functions of the human body. So, to keep your body and mind healthy and fit, make sure you have enough of water – everyday! I used to hate water till I joined cohens it makes you feel so much better than soda and juice
