Question Traveling to the USA & UK whilst on the programme

Has anyone traveled to the USA or the UK whilst on the programme? I would like to know the names of any equivalent crispbreads, also what fish I can eat. I leave on Friday and will be away for six weeks. I'll probably get there and discover that I can buy Vita Wheat, but just in case.

Thanks

Bitten and macresco can help you with the US, Tessgeo, as both live in the US. Bitten may also be able to help with the UK. Send them each a PM in case they don't discover this thread.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.

Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

Bitten covered the crackers. For the fish, I'll copy from my customer guide:

Calamari, Catfish, Cod, Crab, Halibut, Lobster, Mahi Mahi, Prawns, Shark, Shrimp, Sole, Tilapia, Tuna, Whiting.

Are you allowed to eat the Kame crackers on the diet program (before refeed)?
