Men's Cohens EP Vs Women's Cohens EP
My husband signed up tp get his own plan last year. He paid his money and went for his blood tests only to be told that because he has haematomacrosis, Dr Cohen won't give him an EP. I was just wondering how different the means plan is to the womens. Do they eat the same foods or are they allowed different fruits and vegies? What about quantities? Are they 50% or 100% bigger? Do they get larger protein portions? Do they get more fruit and crackers? I'm just interested. At the moment, he's eating the same foods as me only more (just for ease more than anything else) and he is losing weight. Thanks

Both my husband and I work the plan together. We have the same food selections, which is great for us in meal planning. He gets a little more protein than I and we are very close with respect to the veggies, as far as weight. The fruit and crackers are the same - the only difference remains with the protein, for the most part. Which makes this a great program to use for a team effort. Hope this helps!

My hubby is eating what I eat just a larger portion and he has dropped quite a bit of weight. But he cheats during the day and sneaks in doughnuts especially when he's on the road conducting investigations. He does fully disclose I'll give him that, especially when he has potatoes, bread and/or rice! He is a typical man, loses weight faster than me but he is very tall and all muscle anyway so it's not like he has much to lose. Dang it! Hugs Andie
