Default Mango allowance

Hi all,

It's finally Mango season and I'm very excited.

I am rather confused about the allowance for Mangos.

My book says Mango, small size.
My clinic on a genetic shopping list - 100g
I've read this forum and its 150g
And another forum at 120g.

Has the 150g been reduced?
What do other peeps have?
I guess I could ask my clinic to check, but they're not the most helpful.

F

And I am assuming this size portion is generic whereas the number of portions differ, hence its not against rules to share.

Hi Fuzzy,

My plan also says 150g for mango - this means 150g of mango flesh not weighing skin or seed (I got my plan in September 2014).

Maybe this is the proof that the program is tailored specifically for each individual??
