Default Cohen's Lifestyle Support Group
Hi everyone!

So I have decided to start a new Facebook support group for Cohen's... It is a 'closed' group not 'secret' so that means that people should be able to search for it and will see who the members are but only members can see any posts etc... Please feel free to look it up and join if you are interested

The group is called "Cohen's Lifestyle Support Group"

Currently week 4 (25th to 2nd March 2016)





Start weight 156.5kg - 4/2/2016
Week 1 = 153.5kg (loss of 3kg)
Week 2 = 150.9 (Loss of 2.6kg Total 5.6kg)
Week 3 = 149.8 (Loss of 1.1kg Total 6.7kg)
Week 4 =



GOALS: 150kg (24/2/16) 145kg 140kg 135kg 130kg 125kg 120kg 115kg 110kg 105kg 100kg 95kg Oh my i reached my final Goal of 90kg

Please add me to the group. I am Herold and I started on the Cohen program four week ago. I have lost 7.7kgs in the four weeks but I need more tips and motivation to loose the target weight loss of 50 kgs.
