Re: Creating a smaller shadow....
Was not the best weekend on the program and by that I mean, I completely somersaulted off the wagon and landed directly into a pile of what I thought to be deliciousness.. Turns out that after a few weeks on the program, everything that you havent cooked yourself tastes funny. Well at least I found that anyway. Red Rooster chicken tasted like chemicals to me and I didnt like it at all. Needless to say that I wont be straying off again for a while... Maybe on my Birthday which is next week. Maybe... So Sat and Sun were off the program, but I didnt go back to alcohol or softdrink and only drank water, which is a real win for me... Sunday dinner was back on the program and Today was back properly again. No regrets, I made the choice and living with it. Its a lesson learned that nothing tastes as good as you imagine it would whilst youre not allowed to have it... Hope you guys are kicking Butt... TTFN... |

Re: Creating a smaller shadow....
I think thats really important - no regrets. We can get bogged down in what we did yesterday and that can make it harder to keep going. Awesome you kept off the alcohol and soft drink over the weekend, thats sure to help even with the minor deviation. And its great that the chicken tasted like chemicals. You wont forget that!!
