Week 3- going good
I haven't weighed myself yet-want to wait till 4 weeks. Doing weekly measurements-20cm gone! Getting used to all the weighing of food. Doesn't pay not to be organised-make sure I sort out the next days food list before I go to bed. Probably the worst thing I have done is drink too must Diet Sprite one day! Need to work on getting to bed earlier & I will be perfect. |

Hi Ritamay and welcome.
Sound like you are going well so far. You are right planning is the key - take a few weeks to get used to it all. Once the first 4 or so weeks are gone the time goes so quickly and you are just into the swing of it all. Keep up the great work and I look forward to hear how you are going. This is by far the best thing I have ever done for me and surprisingly I have managed to stick to it!! Have a great week. Kaz |
