Arghhhhh I've replied like 10 times - I don't know why it hates me..

Man alive 6.9kg in 2 weeks?? Sheesh lady you'll be back at goal again in no time flat!! How much did u lose last time? Around the same?

I'm all good. Found out some stuff which seems to be the cause of much of my health probs so it is like a journey of discovery..crazy I think I get it now! My weight coming off but slower than yours. But I have to deal with this fungus in my gut.. Seems I'm not digesting food so therefore lacking in nutrients which is giving me troubles. Icky drops & bone broth to help with the healing.. & hair cut tomorrow to combat the mega loss of hair.

So happy to see you romping it in with your original plan 😉

X have a happy v day!

Miss Nix - Thank you Happy VDay to you too <3 I hope you had a great day.
Glad to hear you have had some insight to your health hurdles. If you know what you are dealing with and can set up goals and plans to overcome it, thats half the battle hey? Good luck to you. Health is most important xxx Will check my results from last time, from memory I lost about 8 or 9kgs in the first 4 weeks.

So only 1.6kgs this week. Still 3 weeks and 8.5kgs later, Im NOT complaining. Feels good to know I am heading in the right direction. I did forget to do my measurements though DOH! Will do them tomorrow.

Hope everyone is going well

woo hoo!! I've cracked over the 10kgs down in my first four weeks! Happy Dance!

2.2kgs and 9cms this week. which makes a loss of 10.7kgs & 36cm in the first month (maybe slightly more in cm's I messed up a few measurements at the start)

Reflecting back over the month, its has been easy at times, but difficult at others. I have learned that my habits and social situations really influence what I put in my mouth.

Hope you are all going well. Got to run for now. Does anyone know how long it takes for your diary to get moved? I filled out the application the first few days.... still here in the 'new, start here section' though?

See ya Have a great day!

Awesome Ready now. That is a huge loss for the first month and yes every day life is a test at times. Cohen's is so much more than just an eating plan, but also a plan of self discovery. Your doing fantastic.

As for the diary to be moved, that could take months as moderators are volunteers to the site. Don't worry about it, it is not an issue, just keep posting, keep up dating. Have a great week, and all the strength and best to you for your 2nd month

Been very busy and basically sticking to my program. Down 1.3kgs this week. As long as it keeps going in that direction I will be a happy vegemite.

Hope everyone else is doing well

Oh man. Here I am again.
I was doing so well last year, but allowed health scare (all good) really throw me off track. I am feeling so fat, lethargic, gross. I can't stand myself if I am totally honest. Going to pick up the old program again. Going to keep this little diary going for me to come and write my thoughts in, and to keep track of my progress.
Big year ahead. Lots of job opportunities and other study opportunities presenting themselves and I am feeling like my weight is holding me back. I don't want that for myself.
I need to JFDI.
Off to go set up a ticker, if I can remember how. Might need to check the board again to work out how to do it.
Good luck everyone.
Good luck me x

Hi. I was reading how well you did last year - you will most likely really do awesome again. I am learning that as long as I try, I am better off than having given up completely. Let's do this!
