Re: Kaz on a mission!
Well I am back from holidays and a lovely long Easter break. I ate and drank far more than I should have but it was not always possible to eat on plan. No excuse for all the alcohol consumed though!! (I did enjoy it though.) Was very hot and humid so of course you just have to keep those liquids up and I was on a tropical island so did have to try the odd cocktail I did do a lot of walking and swimming to try and compensate and really got into the swing of it all and loved doing it. I have gained a couple of kilo's but am back on the straight and narrow. I messaged my consultant as I am almost at the end of my contract to see what my options are. I can carry on for 3 months for a fee of course but think this is what I will do so I can get rid of the last few kilo's and get to do re-feed. I figured it was better to pay the lesser amount now even though I haven't got much to lose and get to reefed than have to join back up down the track and pay the full amount again - what do others think?? Anyway I hope you are all going well and the weight is dropping quickly. Have a great week. |

Hi there, I have just read your thread - so fantastic what you have been able to achieve. Keep it up.
And about your question, I would say pay now and finish it properly |
