The Booragoon Clinic was my clinic when I first found Cohen's (12 years ago now!) I really appreciated having that monthly contact but also finds this forum to be a godsend of support.

Let's get this weight off together!

Hi All!

It was my 40th on Sunday and hubby took me for lunch. So my first, last and only deviation occurred within the first week.

I checked the scales and 1 kilo down since the start but from here, it will be marvelous losses.

I wish you all a great week ahead as I am now busy with my boring work life.

Happy birthday!

And ALREADY 1 kg down, in just one week... That's awesome! As for deviations... I wrote a whole entry about that on my diary... Won't bog yours down with my ramblings.

Here's to your week 2! We're just one week apart, with just about the same amount of weight to lose!

What a disappointing morning.

After very hard work, 100% DF on EP for my first week and I only dropped 2.6.

Unlike you guys, I weigh every morning and the scales did not move since Sunday morning. And in comparison with my first round on Cohens, I dropped 5.5 in the first week and 2 the second. So I am a bit disappointed. I made sure I slept 8 hours every night. I had my 2.5L of water and nothing else. I had NO mayonnaise for the entire week. Cheese only twice and shuffled my meals. I really worked hard as I have a lot of weight to drop and have a holiday coming up in September. URGH!!

But I have a plan... I am going to use my old plan for the following week and have my yoghurt for dinner. I know this trick helps with great loss and I used to eat my yoghurt for dinner all the time in the past to drop the kilos fast. And if that does not work, I am back at the Clinic with big tears in my eyes.

Besides my 5cm loss for this week (DISAPPOINTING) I am happy with the less bloatness and I must not be too ungrateful for the scale that went down.

I really thought getting a new plan will ensure I drop the weight fast, but obviously not. And if I compare my 2 plans I found my new plan has way bigger portions than the previous plan and I felt full all the time and never hungry. So maybe the food is too much?

I will be back.

Awwww EEEE sorry to hear you didn't get the numbers you were hoping for. But you are still so much better than where you were before. I dont know, I try tweaking things well I have - hoping for faster bigger losses but at the end of the day the average over a month or two stays the same and I only end up stressing myself out.
In September you are going to be feeling amazing about yourself. It feels impossible sometimes but it will happen and when you get that far a long hell, even 3 months, you will look back on now and wonder why you stressed. You will do it. Hang in there and it will all happen for you. Those losses will just keep coming at ya!!
