Hello all,

I am back on the program after a job change up and the introduction of our grandson (now 8 mos old)!

Looking forward to lifestyle changes as I've been stuck in a rut. The typical macronutrient way of eating that used to work for me, now has not ~~ I lend that to the hormone game, more than likely.

As in the normal course of weight gain, the clothes are tighter than ever ~~ lots of hurdles to jump over. So thrilled that there are no major holidays right now. Today is day 2 ~~ and feeling pretty sane right now.

Welcome back Peechuz

I can relate to getting older and hormone changes

Hope you are now settled back onto plan. I am now 2.5 weeks back into to it and have surprised myself at how quickly 5kg has disappeared esp when that was really all I realistically aimed to lose was 3kg in the 3 weeks i had before traveling hence I am nearly back to pre celebrations/Christmas weight. More clothes options to take away with me now

Stay 100% and it won't be long before those tight fitting clothes will be loose.

Im a returning member as well. After 2 years off the program and those "hormone" changes I'm not in a good way, however onwards and weight downwards !

Ditto. Day two for me (again) and wondeeing how the EP will go after recent hormone changes., now being older. Life is such a ride, is it not? lol
