As you can read above I interpreted the refeed different to everyone else! haha. I will be doing it the same way. hahahahaha. Crackers on top of bread. I loved my banana toasties and my love to premiums will never die! NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! My weight still stabilised, so... no harm, I guess.

haha Basically I ate my crackers as per usual and had a (2 bread or 1 bread) banana toastie... Mmmm, they are so good!!! I was absolutely obsessed with them! Convinced they tasted as good as a banana fritter! Yummmm! Especially when we are allowed a slick of butter. Nommmmmmmm nom nom! I can't wait for refeeeeeeeeeeeed!

Hi all! I know this thread is a little quiet but just thought i would post here cos i have a question about bread on the refeed - What kind of bread did you eat??
Im not a fan of commercialised bread we can find in the supermarkets and i was thinking of buying sprouted grain bread from the organic stores which is apparently higher in protein level and lower in carbs..but not sure if this is allowed on refeed or will it just screw things up with the protein/carb mix?
