haha, I loved the way I did it, JLou...

As you can read above I interpreted the refeed different to everyone else! haha.

I will be doing it the same way. hahahahaha. Crackers on top of bread. I loved my banana toasties and my love to premiums will never die! NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

My weight still stabilised, so... no harm, I guess.

Lol! I read this post as " in refeed, I put my crackers on top of my bread and ate it that way"....and then the banana toastie comment had me thinking "oh she means slice of bread, banana, cracker on top - like a sandwich"............

I am pretty sure I have interpreted this is incorrectly though right. You mean that you added bread in addition to your cracker allowance - e.g. 1 piece of bread plus 5 crackers, not 1 piece of bread plus two crackers....

Now I am thinking of half bread, half cracker banana "sandwiches"! I musta be crazy!!!!!

You can resume normal internet surfing now, the crazy has passed.

Basically I ate my crackers as per usual and had a (2 bread or 1 bread) banana toastie... Mmmm, they are so good!!! I was absolutely obsessed with them! Convinced they tasted as good as a banana fritter! Yummmm! Especially when we are allowed a slick of butter. Nommmmmmmm nom nom!

I can't wait for refeeeeeeeeeeeed!

Hi all! I know this thread is a little quiet but just thought i would post here cos i have a question about bread on the refeed - What kind of bread did you eat??

Im not a fan of commercialised bread we can find in the supermarkets and i was thinking of buying sprouted grain bread from the organic stores which is apparently higher in protein level and lower in carbs..but not sure if this is allowed on refeed or will it just screw things up with the protein/carb mix?

Any advice would be much appreciated!!
