Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and have read so many inspirational posts over the last 24 hours! I am re starting my journey with Cohens after completing the program 5 years ago and regaining half of the weifht that I lost. Really looking forward to being part of this forum........ goal: 8 kg before a Gold Coast Holiday in 7 weeks. Here's hoping!

Dear Goofus.... If you stick to the plan like glue, and do some light exercise as walking , you will be at you hoped target of 8 kg's lost in 7 weeks in no time... Stay strong and all the best ..
