Newbie to the forum

Hey peeps!

Second time round. Got 6 kilos away from refeed last time and went of the rails. Now back again. Have about 20 kilos to lose.....again!

3 weeks in this Sunday and finding it a little hard.

Need to learn to navigate this forum, there is so much on here.

If you ever get lost, just click the big coloured flowery banner up top and it will return you to the forum index. From there you can select where you go.

I had a read of those posts and yes, they are really positive posts. It is nice to read the other good side effects people have on the program. And it's amazing to see how many people have used this forum over the years for much needed support and encouragement.
