Talking I'm kinda new

Hello

I know this is a place for new members, and I have been here before but I am definitely a different person from when I last did cohen's.

I originally did cohen's back in 2012 (I think) and had great success in loosing the weight. I got so close to the refeed and maintenance stage and then deviated. One little 'treat' led to another and then here we are, years later weighing more that I did before I started last time

My body, health and just how I'm feeling in general hasn't been great lately and deep down I know loosing some weight would be beneficial. So I'm back here trying to motivate myself again. I am telling myself I will start later this week, once payday has come and I am able to get groceries.

I have noticed that the forums are a bit quiet these days but hopefully checking back will keep me on the right track.

Now to go drink some water. That was one thing I always needed to improve on

Hi S-lilstar,
If I can do anything to help, call out. I can't do the program for you, but now and then a friendly "ear" (or a keyboard) might be all you need.

As you can see an occasional other member drops in, but the traffic is way down on what it once was. The good stuff can still be found here though, and I can point you to a lot of the good stuff.... just because I tend to retain stuff easily.

Talk soon,
Koh

I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed...
And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!
