Hi Kim,

Quote:
Hi Koh, I wish I could get that opportunity to pop back into bed for a sleep-in, but my daughter seems to have other plans at 6.30am..
No worries, Kim - some things are more important than a few 100 grams anyway And, if they would have "popped off" this morning, they'll be ready to pop off tomorrow anyway. So, no biggie.

To me, whether you make that goal by tomorrow, or not, is a non-issue - but I figure it might've helped you if you were (say) just 600g to go today....

Ah well, maybe tomorrow - but then, it's refeed anyway, no matter what !! Gotta keep YOU safe, Kim, so that you can look after the wee girl that interrupts your life so much (God love her )

BTW, you may still feel like you're starving even after you start, but, after 3 - 4 days, things should be settling pretty well.

First, let's get you onto it.... (Just wanted you to know that refeed is not a magic "instantly alright" part of the program, but food amounts grow to be what you need )

Hugs,

Koh

Hey kim,

I want you on the phone first thing in the morning young lady. It is time for refeed. Don't stress too much about the increased portions. If thats what gets you through the day then so be it.

Can't wait to hear that you have started.

Rach

Woke up this morning, felt a little bit better than being hit by a bus...

Had a pee...tried to go back to bed for that 1/2 hr sleep in, my daughter slept in as she was in the bed with hubby (he has the day off today - YAY), and my brain just would NOT turn off. So, I tossed my hands up in the air and went to the bathroom, brushed my hair, put my hair up, stripped off the jimmyjams and jumped on the scales....

GOOD GOLLIE MISS MOLLY!!!!!!!!

I had lost 500grams over night. Now THAT is 2 and a half tubs of yoghurt!

So I got dressed quite hastily (very cold here still in the mornings), put the wheelie bin out, and my next door neighbour passed compliment to me whilst I was wheeling it past her unit door.."Good morning Kim, my gosh look at you, seems you are fading away and losing more weight".

Ah...that was a nice feeling after a 500gram loss on a day before refeed, or possibly even today for refeed! I'm quite excited, still waiting for the clinic to open and I will be on that blower very soon!!

I had a normal program brekky (egg and vege) and 1 crispbread. Just about to go a brew myself a coffee now. mmmmm

DAMN I forgot to have the yoghurt and stewed apple again!! Ugh. One day.

Anyway, I will be back in again soon, I was just so excited to let you all know the news. I love this program. What other program allows me to lose 1/2 kilo overnight, even when I increased my lunch portion size yesterday!! THANKYOU DR COHEN!!

Cheers
Kim

Kim[/QUOTE]
I had 2 kiwi fruit tonight.... They are on my program, but only 2 serves of fruit per day naughty naughty...I had already had an apple and paw paw serving today!

Hey Kim
Just to put your mind at rest, I am only allowed two fruit too, but in my programme beside kiwifruit says 160g from memory and guess what most of the time that equates to two kiwifruit!!
Yay so don't panic beautiful girl you are just about there!! I will be watching you (she cackles again like the witch she is!) and hopefully I will be right behind you in a week or two's time
Keep up the good work
Cheers
Melissa

WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

Shell, you can CLOSE this little gal's diary soon, as I am on the refeeeeeeeeeed road to heaven!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EEEEEEEKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was a squeal of delight there too for anyone who didn't guess...

Thank you soooo much to everyone who has supported me here in my diary, it has meant so much, more than words can say. This forum sure makes a difference. Even after my number of occasions where I fell off the bus, got back on, fell back off, and so on...I still hung in there and achieved to get where I am today.

I really hope refeed works for me in the best possible way, and will try to be as thorough as I can in my refeed diary.

So I guess this is it! I will start posting in my refeed diary from now on.

Be there or BE SQUARE! EEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!! (There it is again...!)

Cheers
Kim

Hey Kim,

You are one determined young lady. It hasn't always been easy for you but you hung in there and now look at you. Off in refeed land. You are a big inspiration to me. You are proof that you may fall down but as long as you get back up again you are still moving forward. Thanks for all your support and I hope you will be sticking around here with us after refeed. Your visits always brighten my day.

Big hugs

Hi Kim,

What GREAT news, eh? You should pop back for a "sleep-in" (or, for you, it's a "think-in" ) more often !!
