Looking so great Roxy!
FABULOUS!

Enjoy every second of your size 12 top and 14 bottoms - you've worked so hard for it, and have inspired so many by being your upbeat positive self. Well done - we are all so proud (Yes - the royal we again, me an my imaginary friends).

Hang in there, slow and steady wind the race Ne?
Missing you - hope you're making truck loads of commission, and that you get to kick back and relax a bit soon.

Big Loves,

Nam

Hi Everyone

Yeah, 1.2kg down this week....only 5kg to go now...can't wait. Thanks NL, Claire, Nam and Flamie for your nice comments on my photo.....you are all looking fantastic as well....well those of you that actually have photos .....

We had a 40th party last night and they had the most delicious hamburgers and chicken and I was so damn hungry and just wanted to eat them but I resisted and just drank my 1 litre tab and stuck to water. I don't know why but when we visit so late at night I feel exhausted the next day...just wonder if some of you also experience this...I also met two other ladies there who are on Dr Cohens and at the same clinic as me....and guess what....they also complain that the woman does not motivate a person at all and does not answer your questions.....anyway it was so nice to chat to them and share our experiences.....

Things will be quieter at work now so I will be able to visit the forum more often again....at the moment my partner is not feeling so well from the party ....oh and I got a message my signature is too long so I decided to catch up a bit with the forum....

Hope you all have fantastic losses this week and be good cohen dieters ....love ya all!!

Hi Roxy,

I can't handle late nights anymore either. Sometimes I think I am only eating enough to keep me functional during daylight hours. At least now after a party we may be tired but we don't get a hangover!

Hello Everyone

Roxy is back ......soooo sorry I don't get time to visit the forum but I am so busy and at night I just cannot keep my eyes open. Thanks so much to everyone who has popped into my diary. I really miss u guys so much. I am getting ready to go out again but will have time to catch up next weekend. Monday I am in training again the whole day...soooo boring...would rather be catching up on the forum ...

Well I had a really hard week. Have been very hungry and out of the blue gained 0.3kg. I was feeling really ill this week, very tired, sore back and at times very
Nauseous.....I then stopped drinking 2 vitamins a day and from yesterday have felt much better....no more naar (Nauseous) and more energy....so must have been that..

Anyway have to go....will catch up over the long weekend....hope the scales are good to you all!!

OMG, people, the hunger got the better of me yesterday and I deviated. I ate a whole slap of chocolate.....I just could not help myself. I feel terrible this morning, not sick or anything from the chocolate but soooo damn guilty and very, very dissapointed in myself. I phoned my mom last night and cried my heart out. I have had this hunger now for a week but I still have 5kg to go. I don't understand why. I am going to phone my clinic lady today and hear what she says, but I am not holding my breath because everything you ask her usual answer is she does not know. I don't want to give up now and I want to lose these last 5kg. Just going to pick myself off the floor, dust myself off and carry on. I won't let negative thoughts and feelings take over otherwise I am just going to mess this up......and I don't want to.

I would like to know if anyone else is struggling with hunger and what they are doing to get by.......damn, and I have been strong for so long, why oh why did I do it .....it really is not worth it.

Looking forward to getting advise from others who have this hunger.....I know you get hunger close to refeed but I am not close yet.....oh and don't crucify me for deviating, I am not in a good space today. You see, we need this forum, cannot do without it. Big hugs to all xxxx

Hi Roxy,

Sorry to hear about the chocolate dilemma. Just keep you head up straight - you are almost there.

Although I am not as close to refeed as your are, I am also battling with hunger the last couple of days. I have just spread my meals out during the day which seems to work. I used to have fruit with my yoghurt everymorning, and the other fruit with a salad for lunch. I now have either have just the yoghurt or an egg and veggies in the morning, then have my fruit at 11:00. Lunchtime I have salad and steak with my other fruit. And inbetween, lots and lots of water. I also found that when I am not drinking a lot of water, the hungerpains are more frequent. This seem to be doing the trick for me.

Clinic lady had be furious last week, but I have just decided to proof her wrong and am even more determined than before. Do not let anything or anyone discourage you - you have come so far.

Strongs my friend - hope you feel better soon. The end is so close, you can almost smell it.

Have a fab day!

Hi Roxy

Just dust yourself off and get back on the bus hun, we aren't here to crucify, just support.

As for dealing with the hunger, I have read on this forum that if you swap your meals around it helps... ie eat meal 3 for breakfast, meal 2 for lunch and meal 1 for dinner... give it a try

You are so close to the end, stay strong, you can do it!!

Tam

Thanks ShrinkingTam and my friend Carrieanne....I am feeling so sorry for myself that as I read your support and I have tears in my eyes....feel like such a failure today, but I know that I must soldier on!!

I have phoned my clinic and they will get back to me....the usual answer then they don't phone back. Anyway time to start attracting some posivite energy into my life....think I need a holiday .....

Mmmmm, shrinkingtam I have not tried to eat meal 3 as meal 1 yet. I have swopped around meal 2 & 3. Will give this a try tomorrow and see if it helps. I had breakfast at 07:30 an I feel as if I have not even eaten yet......will just drink lots of water. Will let you know what the clinic says.

Hi Roxy,

Click on here, darl - (and there is a link within the post too that could be of interest) :-
http://newyouforum.com/forum/showpost.php?p=224154&postcount=419

Especially if you are famished by late morning, eat one of the bigger meals for breakfast. You ONLY need to have one of each (meals 1, 2, and 3) each day. the ORDER in which you have them is up to you. I know Asy advocates the "meal switcheroo" if you are having hunger probs through the day.

Thinking about, breakfast was so named because we were "breaking our fast" after sleeping. And, in times gone by, a BIG breakfast was the norm !!

Since you have been needing more food, Roxy - here's some extra for you (food for thought.... ) :-
http://newyouforum.com/forum/showpost.php?p=238586&postcount=116

I don't know if you'd seen it before - so I wanted to add it just in case you hadn't...

Go play mix-up with those meals - it could be ALL you need (except for perhaps a clinic that meets your needs a bit better )

Hugs,

Koh
